OZISIK Group of Companies, was founded by Erkan ÖZ in 1986 at Istanbul. In 1990 after the collapse of USSR the company started export knitted confection. In 1992 the company invested in jeans production due to changes in competitive conditions. In 1993 the company started to produce jeans with the brand of Delfin. At the same time branding studies started at Eastern Europe. After the crisis in Russia, several changes happened in the company. By the year of 1998 Erkan Öz spend some time in Italy for design education and the company invested in Research and Development. In 1999, the aesthetic of Italian design combined with the quality of Turkish manifacturing and DLF Jeans came out of it. A part from that, a new brand called Enrico Beleno established for fashion. Erkan Öz compansated his investments after the termination of textile quotes in 2005. DLF and Enrico Beleno increased their market shares in all export areas.
